摘　　要：阐述了项目管理的定义;分析了素质教育活动项目管理的具体程序;讨论了在实行学分制后,高校应积极采取项目管理模式开展素质教育活动,增强学生及各级学生组织创新意识和管理能力,提升素质教育活动的质量。According to the definition of project management, this article analyzes the concrete processes in quality education activities, and discusses that after the application of credit system, all the colleges and universities should take active management model to carry on quality education activities to strengthen innovation consciousness and management ability of all the students and to improve the efficiency of quality education activities.
