摘　　要：文章阐述了快乐体育教学思想在排球选项课中的运用,有利于提高教学实效以及学生的技术运用能力,培养学生对排球运动的兴趣,为终身体育打下良好基础.The essay presents the idea of applying Happy Sports into volleyball optional course to help improve the teaching efficiency and improve the students＇ ability of skills utilization, to help nurture the students＇ interest in volleyball and to help them build up a sound foundation for lifelong sports.
