摘  要:教育政策自身的三大特性——目的性与可行性、权威性与合法性、借鉴性与国际性为我国基础教育教学改革注入了血肉。目的性与可行性使我国基础教育教学改革取得了长足进步,为社会培养出了一批批与时俱进的人才;权威性与合法性使我国基础教育教学改革得以以点带面,分阶段分步骤地进行;借鉴性与国际性使我国基础教育教学改革得以与国际接轨,走上了一条具有现代性与时代性的道路。The educational policy itself is characterized by goal and feasibility,authority and validity,and model and internationalization, which have infused new blood into the elementary education reform. The goal and feasibility has brought elementary education reform a big progress, and trained talented people advancing with the times. The authority and validity has enabled elementary education reform to fan out from point to area,and y carried on gradually. The model and internationalization has made elementary education reform in line with international practice, following a road of modernization and the times.
