摘　　要：通过构建企业的能力链,揭示出企业的基本能力、核心能力和战略能力之间的内在逻辑,进而阐明学习与创新是企业核心能力的本源以及核心能力与企业成长的关系。The article tries to construct the competence chain of an enterprise, revealing the relationships of the basic competence, key competence and strategic capacity. Then clairifies that the instinct of the key competence from study and innovation. At last, the paper explains the relationship between the key capacity and the growth of the enterprise.
