摘  要:为明确大学国防生体育的目的与任务,优化体育教学内容,使大学体育服务于国防生的培养,特进行该项目的研究。国防生体育教学内容应包括:军事体能(基本体能、专业体能、综合体能);球类运动(篮球、排球、足球、乒乓球、羽毛球、网球等);军事体育基本技能(射击、泅渡、登山、格斗、潜水、跳伞、按图行进等)。高等学校国防生体育教学应该是体育教学大纲与军政训练的有机结合。In order to specify the objectives and tasks of physical education for students majoring in national defense, to optimize physical education teaching contents, and to serve college physical education for the cultivation of students majoring in national defense, the authors hereby studied this project, and concluded that physical education teaching contents for students majoring in national defense should include the followings: Military physical stamina (basic physical stamina, specialized physical stamina and comprehensive physical stamina), ball games (such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, Ping-Pong, badminton and tennis), basic skills of military sport (such as shooting, water crossing swimming, mountaineering, wrestling combat, diving, parachuting, and marching by the map), and that physical education teaching for students majoring in national defense in institutes of higher learning should be an organic combination of the physical education teaching outline and military training.
