摘　　要：高校教师绩效评价结果的应用是整个教师评价体系的重要组成部分。文章着重分析了我国高校教师绩效评价结果应用的途径、方法、原则。在剖析目前存在问题的基础上提出了若干对策建议。The application of teachers＇ performance appraisal results presents to be one of the important components for the teacher＇s appraisal system as a whole. In this paper, it stresses on the analysis of the ways, methods and principles of the application of teachers＇ performance appraisal results, on that basis, some suggestions are given to the problems put forward in this paper.
