摘　　要：从党委领导机制角度探讨高职教育改革内涵转化及高职教育要素整合优化问题,并在社会化、区域化、产业集群实践上提出集团董事会框架下的高职党委领导体系以及这一领导体系的运营策略,最后分析了高职院校党委在高职教育体系创新中的策略:立足区域,服务产业;引进以人力为枢纽的产学研合作机制;优化教育要素。From the angle of Party committee mechanism, this paper discusses the connotative transformation of vocational college education and the optimized integration of educational elements. It also puts forward Party committee leading system in the frame of group board and its operating strategy on the basis of socialization, localization and industry group practice. Finally it analyzes the Party committee＇s strategies in the innovation of vocational college education system： basing itself upon region and serving industries, introducing the cooperative system of industry, college and academy with human resources as the hinge, and optimizing educational elements.
