摘 要:目的探讨预防医学课程教学内容体系的完善、教学方法改革途径以及新时期预防医学课程建设重点。方法学生问卷调查与教师访谈调查相结合。结果学生对“理论教学应在现行教材之外补充新型传染病防制及突发公共卫生事件处理”、“应借鉴社区与疾控中心见习的方式开展预防医学的实践教学”等项目认同度得分较高;被访谈教师普遍认为,预防医学课程教学改革应以贴近医学模式的转变为出发点,以新时期社区卫生服务疾病防治的具体需要为触角和切入点,以培养学生的群体观与现场观、增强其对疾病与健康认识的整体思维能力为目标,改革预防医学课程的教学内容、教学方法、加强教材和师资队伍建设。结论新时期预防医学课程教学改革势在必行,其教学内容、教学方式和教学方法等都应向适应新形势、应对新问题方面转变。Objective To explore how to improve the teaching content system, reform the teaching methods, and locate the focus of curricular construction of preventative medicine course in the period. Methods A questionnaire for the students and interviews for the teachers were carried out. Results What got the students' high identification value was such items as "preventing and treating new infectious diseases and handling emergent public health events should be added to theory teaching in the teaching material" and "conducting practice teaching in centers of disease control and community healthservices" stauons" ". The teachers interviewed generally thought that the teaching reformation of preventive medicine course should be made closer to the change of medical model, meet the requirements of disease prevention and treatment in community health services, and aim at training students' entirety thought about health and diseases. Conclusion It is very imperative to reform the teaching of preventive medicine course concerning its teaching contents, means and methods to make them adapt to the new situation and new problems of diseases and health.
