摘　　要：教育的精神特质,是一个城市精神文明的集中体现,是教育内涵的展现,是一个城市教育的灵魂,保存着教育发展的历史成果,蕴藏着教育未来发展的原动力。深圳教育的精神特质,是现代与传统并举、多元与无序共存、理想与现实兼容,其中包含实干精神和形式化的冲突教育的精神类型,也代表着一个城市教育的精神高度。The ＂spirit＂ of education, embodying the cultural achievement of a city, is the powerhouse of further development of education. The ＂spirit＂ of education in Shenzhen is characterized by an integration of tradition and modem times, co-existence of diversity and disorder, compatibility of ideal and reality, which represents the achievement of education in a city.
