摘　　要：本文综述天然植物多糖的结构及生理活性研究进展,主要介绍植物多糖的生理活性,如抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗疲劳、降血糖、抗病毒、抗氧化等。This paper reviews the structure and biological activities of natural plant polysaccharides. The biological activities, such as anti-tumor, immunological regulation, anti-fatigue, reducing blood sugar, anti-virus and anti-oxidation, etc, are mainly introduced.
