摘　　要：海洋生物多糖是一类天然多糖,在调节免疫、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、抗辐射、抗突变、抗体内氧化和耐缺氧等方面具有独特的功能。现对廉价海洋生物为原料,生产海洋多糖的方法及海洋多糖高值化的开发现状和展望作一综述。Marine polysaccharides are akind natural polysaccharides which have many unique bioactivities, such as immunity regulation, antitumor, lowering blood lipid, lowering blood sugar, radioprotection, antimutation, antioxidation and antihypoxia. This article introduces the methods of producing marine polysaccharide from many low-valued marine organisms and the present condition and prospect of this high-valued marine polysaccharides.
