摘　　要：主要介绍了物料分拣机械手的结构和工作原理。该系统把气压系统与步进电机相结合。其中控制部分,阐述了PLC的I/O口的分配,以及利用PLC对机械手的控制、对步进电机的定位控制。机械手在PLC的控制下能达到预定的动作以及在任意位置停止。Mainly introduces sorting manipulator of configuration and operational principle are mainly introduced. This system combines pneumatics system and step motor. In the control part of this system introduces I/ O assignment, controlling manipulator and locating control of step motor that are controlled by PLC. Manipulator which can make a reservation and wanton position stopped that is control by PLC.
