急诊科护士心理健康状况与人格特征的相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科护士的心理健康状况与人格的关系,为医院的管理提供有价值的数据。方法68名急诊科护士进行SCL-90和EPQ测查,同时分析心理健康状况与人格之间的相关性。结果急诊科护士在SCL-90躯体化(1.58±0.51)、焦虑(1.658±0.47)、恐怖(1.48±0.39)等因子得分高于常模,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);SCL-90各因子分子与EPQ的N分呈显著正相关,躯体化和敌对因子与P分呈显著正相关,人际关系和抑郁因子与E分呈显著负相关。结论情绪稳定性对急诊科护士的心理健康影响最大,医院的管理者可以参考EPQ测定结果选拔合适的人选进入急诊科,同时要加强心理卫生指导,促进心理健康。Objective To investigate the state of emergency nurses＇psychological health and provide valuable evidence for hospital management. Mehods 68 Nurses in emergency room were investigated with Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90） and Eysenck personality questionair （EPQ） and the relationship was Studied between the Nurses＇psychological health and their personality, Results The SCL-90 score in somatization （1.58 ±0.51）, anxiety （1.658±0.47）, phobia （1.48 ±0.39） are higher than normal （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, EPQ-N score have statistically positive correlations with SCL-90 factors. Conclusion The mood stability is the most important factor to the emergency nurses＇psychological state. The Management of hospitals can select proper nurses to Emergency Room according to the EPQ result. At the same time it should be strengthen the psycological guide, to promote the psychological stale healthy.
