高校旅游管理专业“饭店管理”实验教学模式的探讨

摘　　要：高等院校“旅游管理”专业开设的“饭店管理”实验是为了培养学生的动手能力和心智技能。通过分析当前高等院校“饭店管理”实验教学中存在的问题,讨论了多种实验类型和开放实验在“饭店管理”实验教学中的合理运用,以及如何通过延伸“饭店管理”实验提高教学质量。The experimental course of hotel management opened by tourism management department in universities is set up for the purpose of cultivating student＇s ability of practice and intellect.Through the analysis of present problems in experimental teaching of hotel management in universities ,this paper discusses the rational applications of diversified types of experiment and the opening experiment as well as how to improve teaching quality in the area of hotel management teaching.
