高职女大学生参与课外体育锻炼的现状及影响因素的分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对当前高职女大学生参与课外体育锻炼的现状和影响因素进行分析,提出了提高高职女大学生参与课外体育锻炼主动性和积极性的新观点、新思路,为更好开展高职体育教学工作和培养高职女大学生终身体育思想服务。This paper uses the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics to analyze the current actuality and major forces of vocational college girl students＇ extracurricular physical exercise, which is established in the actuality of the physical teaching in vocational colleges and the extracurricular physical exercise. The paper tries to offer the assistance which can improve the quality of college girl students＇ extracurricular physical exercise in a future time. And it offers a further new opinion which arouses the enthusiasm of vocational college girl students＇ extracurricular physical exercise, so as to unfold the physical teaching in vocational colleges better and vocational college girl students＇ physical education for life.
