摘　　要：当今电大的法学教育出现了人才培养实用性不强、教学质量差等问题,要走出这个困境,法学教育应该有正确的定位,树立科学的发展质量观,突出其特色,依照实际情况对教学模式、管理制度、考试制度进行改善与创新,以提高教学质量,满足社会需求。Now the TV University legal science education met the talented person raise usability not to be strong, difficulties and so on quality of teaching, had to go out this difficult position, the legal science education should have the correct localization, set up the science the development quality view, highlighted its characteristic, according to the actual situation to the educational model, the control system, the test system carried on the improvement and the innovation, improved the quality of teaching, satisfied social the demand.
