摘　　要：阴极电泳涂装中的杂质离子和污物不仅会干扰和破坏电泳槽液的稳定，而且严重地影响电泳漆膜的内在、外在质量，必须对其给以清除或者严加控制。本文介绍了纯水在处理杂质离子和污物过程中的作用以及采用离子交换制取法制作纯水的生产工艺。Impurity ions and infectants contribute to breaking the stability of the tank agent and contribute to lower quality coats during cathodal electrocoating. Thus, the priority is to control and clean the impurity ions and infectants. Purified water produced by ion exchange method and its applications in electrocoating processing are introduced.
