独立学院师资配置的问题与优化——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：独立学院在办学规模急速扩张的同时,也暴露出诸多问题,其中以师资配置方面的矛盾最为突出。本文从独立学院的定位和特点出发,分析了独立学院在师资配置上的特殊性,从湖北省独立学院师资配置方面存在的问题出发,提出了优化师资配置的建议。With the expansion of school-running scale of dependent college, many problems are exposed, among which, the most prominent one is the teacher allocation. From the school-running orientation and its characteristics, this paper analyses the particularities of independent college, on the basis of problems existing in Hubei Province, this paper also proposes some suggestions to optimize teacher allocation.
