摘 要:A new arrival and departure flight classification method based on the transitive closure algorithm (TCA) is proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy set theory and the transitive closure algorithm are introduced. Then four different factors are selected to establish the flight classification model and a method is given to calculate the delay cost for each class. Finally, the proposed method is implemented in the sequencing problems of flights in a terminal area, and results are compared with that of the traditional classification method(TCM). Results show that the new classification model is effective in reducing the expenses of flight delays, thus optimizing the sequences of arrival and departure flights, and improving the efficiency of air traffic control.提出了一种基于传递闭包法的进/离场航班分类方法。首先对模糊集合理论和传递闭包算法作了简要的介绍,然后在考虑4种不同因素的条件下建立了航班分类模型,并给出了各类航班单位时间延误成本的计算公式。最后以终端区航班排序模型为例,对该方法进行了仿真,并与传统航班延误成本分类方法进行了比较。仿真结果表明,该方法有助于减少航班延误损失,优化进/离场航班队列,提高空中交通管理效率。
