摘  要:期望价值动机理论认为,当个体从事某项活动且盼望成功时,只有该活动的内在价值超过所付出的代价(困难),动机才能产生。在研究大学体育课中学生所付出的代价,以及该代价对体育动机的影响的基础上得出:学生所付出的代价主要来自课程本身(如课程设置及教师的教学),其中大学生在课堂上缺乏自主性是影响体育动机的最主要因素;价值对学生行为的影响胜过代价的影响,这充分体现体育内在价值的重要性。The expectancy -value motivation theory assumes that motivation can only be achieved when perceived values override cost in the effort of achieving expected success. This study explored the cost that college students paid in PE class and its corresponding influence on students" motivation of doing sports. The results showed that students" paid cost mainly came from the PE course itself ( such as PE curriculum and teacherg teaching) , and lack of autonomy was identified as the most direct factor of weakening students" motivation of having PE course. The findings suggested that students" strong positive values might override the impact of cost in doing PE course, which fully reflected the importance of intrinsic value of sports.
