摘　　要：提出了一种新的基于纹理模式的车牌定位方法。该方法能较准确地搜索车牌区域,并分割出车牌。It described texture spectrum descriptor, which depicts the features of texture image, and defines its formula. Because texture has low limitation to image size, background, daylight etc, it can apply to license plate location. The author proposes a new approach of license plate location based on texture pattern, which can accurately search for the license plate domain and segment license plate.
