摘  要:对细胞干重的测定和应用气相色谱仪测定了不同碳、氮源浓度和不同培养时间下裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium limacinum)0UC88的生长和脂肪酸的组成。结果表明,在含有9%的葡萄糖和6%的豆粕水解物的培养基中,细胞生物量达到最高,为25.92g/L;在含有6%的葡萄糖和2%的豆粕水解物的培养基中,细胞总脂含量以及总脂中的DHA含量均达到最高,分别为50.56%和35.83%。另外,不同生长时期内裂殖壶菌的总脂含量和脂肪酸组成不同。在培养到第4~5天,细胞的生物量、总脂以及DHA产量均最高。The growth and fatty acid composition of Schizochytrium limacinum OUC88 under different concentrations of carbon and nitrogen sources and incubation times were determined. The results showed that the culture medium containing 9 % glucose and 6 % soybean cake hydrolysate supported the best cell growth(25.92 g/L) ;and high total fatty acid content in the dry cell weight (more than 50% ) and DHA content (more than 35 % of total fatty acids) were obtained in the culture medium containing 6 % glucose and 2 % soybean cake hydrolysate. In addition, the total fatty acid content in the dry cell weight and DHA content of total fatty acids were changed dynamically during cultivation. The biomass, lipid and DHA product increased to maximum at 4- 5 days.
