摘　　要：高校是培养高质量人才的摇篮,教学工作历来就是学校的中心任务,高校财务部门要牢固树立为教学服务、服好务的主导思想,认真研究实际,通过科学安排预算、不断增加教学经费总量投入、优化资源配置、全面提升财务工作水平、改革教学经费投入机制等办法,与时俱进,以实际行动切实保障教学工作的中心地位。Colleges and universities are the places to train talents of high quality where teaching should be taken as the central task for all. Therefore, it is urgent that the department of finance here should establish the kind of idea of serving teachers and students well. And what would be emphasized more by the department of finance involves the thorough investigation and research, the scientific budget, the increasing fund invested in teaching, the proper distribution of resources, and the instant reform in the mechanism of fund investment as well so that the central position of teaching might be guaranteed in colleges and universties.
