沧州市住院患者医保费用调查分析

摘　　要：为了解沧州市医保患者住院费用的平均水平和个人的费用负担情况,以沧州市9所医疗机构的349名医保患者为研究对象,测算了各种疾病医保内费用、统筹基金支付费用的绝对数和构成比,不同年龄段患者的费用负担以及患者个人支付部分的费用构成。发现各种疾病医保内费用和统筹基金支付比例较高,沧州市三个“医保目录”执行效果较好,医保患者尤其是老年患者的费用负担较轻。To comprehend current hospitalization expenses and economic burdens of urban basic medical insurance, 349 patients with Urban Medical Insurance beneficiaries from 9 hospitals in Cangzhou city was investigated. The author estimates absolute and relative value of compensation level of every disease, economic burdens of different age - groups and out - of - pocket expenses. Compensation level of every disease is relatively high. 3 regulations on medical insurance are operated regularly in Cangzhou city, and the economic burdens, especially the older group, are relatively lighter.
