摘　　要：炭/炭复合材料生产在我国才开始起步,如何搞好炭/炭复合材料生产线的建设在进行探索中。据此,根据现有炭/炭复合材料生产的工艺流程、技术及设备,以年产5 000盘飞机机轮炭/炭刹车盘生产线为例,介绍了其工艺流程和人员的优化组合情况,明确各个岗位的职责,对如何充分发挥员工的积极性和主动性,合理调配和使用人员等方面作了一些探讨。C/C composite goes into production in our country just now, how to construct its production line is under exploring. According to present production technological process, technique and equipment of the C/C composite, taking year yields 5 000 C/C brake plates for example, the production process and the optimization and combination situation of workers were introduced. Moreover for how to bring into play the initiative and creativeness of the personnel, how to rightful deploy and employ workers and so on were also discussed.
