摘　　要：本文结合多年旅游管理专业高职办学实践,对高职院校导游员培养模式从理论到实施进行了系统的研究和有效的实践,对于高职院校旅游管理专业导游员培养有一定的借鉴意义。Based on many years＇ practice of tourism management in higher vocational schools, this paper has conducted systematic research on the training mode and practice of tourist guides in vocational colleges from theory to practice, which has certain reference significance to the training of tourist guides majoring in tourism management in vocational colleges.
