一次过柱法快速测定食品中硝酸盐

摘  要:经典镉柱法测定食品中硝酸盐,样品溶液需要重复流经镉柱3次,才能达到还原效率要求(1)。本文采用与经典方法不同的方法制备镉柱内添料,可使样品溶液过柱一次就达到还原效率99%以上,从而使测定样品时间大为缩短。对样品进行7次平行测量,测得相对标准偏差为0.572%。9次平行测量的平均回收率为99.82%。Measuring the nitrate in food by classical 'method of cadmium tubular, we usually let the sample solution flow through the cadmium column three times to meet the demand of reduction efficiency. The purpose of the essay it to shorten the time of measuring the sample. The method that is different from the classical one in preparing the inside filler can raise the reduction efficiency up to 99% by making the sample solution through the tubular for only one time. After nine average measures for the sample in this way, we get the deviation is 0.572% and the recovery rate is 99.82%.
