摘　　要：国家医师资格考试工作已历经7年,积累了丰富经验。为了进一步提高考务管理水平,国家医学考试中心制订了考区和考点评估指标体系并对辽宁等5省进行了试评估。结果表明,评估工作对加强考务管理具有积极意义。评估中也发现,考官培训、考生资格审定、临床考试基地建设等是做好考务工作的关键,需要很好地进行研究;同时,还要积极完善和落实考务管理制度,加强基地的标准化建设,建立高质量的考试题库,努力使我国的医师资格考试逐步与国际接轨。The national licensed doctor qualified examination has developed for seven years. In order to improve examination management level, the national medical examination center has laid down assessment target system of examination areas and units based on demonstration and research repeatedly, and assessed Liaoning and other four provinces experimentally. The results suggested it is a meaningful assessment to strengthen examination management. The key of examination management lied in examination ofricer training, examination and approval of examinee qualification, and construction of clinical examination base et al. We should carry out examination management system and perfect it, strengthen normalized construction of the base, set up high quality examination questions stock, and make the national licensed doctor qualified examination keep up with international medical examination gradually.
