摘  要:教与学的关系,是教学理论中的一个基本问题,教是为了不教,如何科学地认识教与学的关系问题,是整个教学理论体系的逻辑起点。本文对几种教与学的关系进行了论述,提出了把教与学的关系转到正轨上来的方法,强调了教学管理的创新。The relationship between learning and teaching is a very important issue of teaching theory. How to correctly deal with the relationship between teaching and learning is the logical base of the whole teaching and learning theory. In this paper, several kinds of relationships between learning and teaching were discussed, and the correct method to deal with the relationship between learning and teaching was given. At the same time, some issues about teaching management and innovation were discussed.
