摘　　要：仪器分析实验教学是大学化学实验教学的重要内容,有效的管理和运行能够保障实验教学工作的顺利开展、提高仪器设备的使用率。通过近几年的努力,我们将实验室建设成了集实验教学、对科研的开放以及对外服务于一体的开放实验室。这样既提高了实验教学的质量和学生的实验动手能力、方便了教师和学生的科研,又提高了实验室设备和资源的利用率。Novel attempts on experiment teaching and management of open instrumental analytic laboratory were reported. It is very helpful to enhancing the students＇ operation abilities on apparatus and the management level of laboratory management. In the meantime, this new management strategy for open laboratory can also take great convenience to our teachers and students for their research and studying.
