摘　　要：报告６例以耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科症状就诊的神经纤维瘤病（ｖｏｎＲｅｃｋｌｉｎｇｈａｕｓｅｎ氏病），除了据有该病的一般临床症状外，尚表现出耳鼻咽喉部位的特殊征象。均通过手术的方法得以治疗。结合文献复习，对该病的发病机理、临床表现及治疗做详细的论述。Abstract cases of neurofibromatosis disease with chief complaint of otolaryngology head and neck surgery symptoms were reported.All cases were treated surgically with satisfactory re-sults,In combination with literature review,the pathogenesis,clinical features and treatment of this disease were discussed in detail
