摘 要:采用撞击式原理设计开发出菜籽脱皮机,采用流化悬浮分层和旋风分离原理设计开发出皮仁分离系统.适宜的菜籽脱皮工艺条件为菜籽含水率8%~10%,脱皮机甩料盘线速度54.22~61.96 m/s,在此工艺条件下,菜籽脱皮率达到95%以上,粉末度在3%以下,皮中含仁率小于1%,仁中含皮率小于2%.YTTP75型菜籽脱皮与皮仁分离系统成功投入了生产实践应用,获得质量优良的脱皮菜籽冷榨油和脱皮菜籽饼粕,提高了菜籽加工的经济效益.Rapeseed dehuller with a principle of impact and separating system with a principle of suspending cyclone were designed and manufactured. The fitting dehulling conditions are confirmed: water content 8%-10%, linear velocity of material casted tray 54.22-61.96 m/s. Under the condition mentioned above, dehu rate is more than 95%, rate of fines is less than 3%, kernels contained in hull is less than 1%, hulls contained in kernel is less than 2%. The YTTP75 rapeseed dehuller and separating system were put to use successfully. Cold pressing rapeseed oil and dehulling rapeseed meal with high quality were obtained, which increased processing value of rapeseed.
