摘  要:中国家族企业中基于感情逻辑的私人信任倾向十分明显,随着企业从“创业结构”向“发展结构”的升级,家族企业主必须从“内部承重体系”的构建与法律制度体系的完善内外两方面对社会信任进行规制。由于社会信任规制的高成本,中国家族企业的结构升级是一个渐进的过程。Under the "the family culture" in China, there is an obvious tendency of private trust based on emotion in the family enterprise management. But with development from the emerging stage to the stabilization stage, the trust mechanism changes from private trust based on emotion to social trust based on interest. During this process, the family enterprisers owner should regulate the social trust mechanism by the construction of interior governance structure and the perfecting of law and institutional system. As the high cost of social trust mechanism regulating, the structure upgrading in family enterprise is a long and tortuous process.
