表面解剖学在美容整形外科的地位

摘　　要：表面解剖学是从解剖学中分化出来的一门新兴学科,它以活体做为研究对象,研究人体表面标志,身体各部以及器官比例,器官结构在体表投影等。本文从美容整形外科的麻醉、手术切口、面部器官再造以及皮瓣肌皮瓣设计等方面说明了它在美容整形外科的重要性。Surface Anatomy is a new subject differented from Anatomy.In a long period.Anatomy is based on dried bones and eadaveric dissections,which bear Little reltionship with the living patient.But sur- face Anatomy studies the structures which can be seen readily from their surface Contours and appearances in living people,these include bone points,Superficial muscles,tendon,veiv and deep structure's surface projec- tion.Surface Anatomy has a good relationship with all clinical subjects,especially aesthetical surgery.This ar- tical illustrates the importanee of Surface Anatony from anaesthesia,design of incision.reconstruction of or- gans amd the design of cutaneous or museulor-cutaneous flap.
