摘　　要：从商业生态系统演化理论、竞合理论、资源基础理论与资源依赖理论出发,通过理论演绎的方法,形成动态环境中企业竞合分析的概念性架构,说明企业如何分析产业环境,制定竞合战略,并执行战略达到创新的结果,再回馈到环境中改变环境,使本企业和商业生态系统中的其他成员共同进行系统创造性的演化.It shapes a conceptual framework of the enterprises＇ competition and co-opetititon analysis in the dynamic environment from business ecosystem evolvement theory, co-opetition theory, resource-based theory and resources dependent theory. It explains that how the enterprise analyzes the industry environment, formulates the competition and co-opetition strategy, implements the strategy to the innovative results and feeds back the results to change the environment, making the enterprise itself and other members in the business ecosystem together carry on the systemic creative evolution.
