摘　　要：探讨了竞技健美操与中国传统文化及其基本精神的融合，以弘扬民族精神，促进我国竞技健美操运动的发展。In this paper, using the method of literature, interviews, we explore competitive aerobics with the spirit of the Chinese nation, to promote national culture and the development of the movement.
