摘  要:在广泛调研和深入实践的基础上,结合重庆工学院工程训练中心的建设,提出了以培养高素质应用型人才为目标,以学科建设为龙头,以工程训练为载体,不断拓展工程训练内涵,建立分阶段、多层次、模块化、综合性、开放式的工程训练教学模式,完成传统金工实习和电子工艺实习向全面工程训练的转换,实现“工程训练四年不断线”,从而有利于提高学生的实践能力和工程综合素质,培养其创新意识.Combined with the construction of Engineering Training Center of Chongqing Institute of Technology and based on the broad survey and deep practice, this paper proposes: 1. taking cultivating the highcaliber applicative talented training as purpose, taking discipline builds as faucet, and taking Engineering training as carrier to expand the connotations of engineering training unceasingly, and build staged, multiple-leveled, modularized, comprehensive and open teaching patterns; 2. accomplishing change from traditional; metalworking practice and electron handicraft practice training to all-round engineering training, realizing " engineering training for 4 consecutive years" to improve students' practice abilities and synthetic qualities, and cultivate their innovative consciousness.
