摘　　要：“思想道德修养与法律基础”是“05方案”中高校统一开设的思想政治理论课程,该课程承担着高校法制教育的重任.20年来,高校法制教育一直受到党和政府的高度重视.高校法制教育的任务是帮助大学生增强社会主义法制观念,培养大学生的法律意识、法律信仰,提高法制教育的质量对依法治国、依法执政和构建社会主义和谐社会意义重大.Ideological and Moral Attainments and Legal Basics is the unified ideolegieal and political course designated in 05 scheme for colleges and universities. It is aimed for legal education task in colleges and universities. In recent 20 years, legal education in colleges and universities has drawn the attention of the Party and government. The legal education task in colleges and universities is to help students strengthen their socialist legal concept, and cuItivate their Iegal awareness and Iegal beliefs. The quality improvement in legal education in colleges and universities is of great significance to governing the country by law, administrating by law, and constructing socialist hamonious society.
