摘　　要：学生个体间的差异是客观存在的,且表现形式不一,教师如何正确对待学生个体间的差异,关系到探究教学深入实施,关系到学生的健康发展。了解差异,尊重差异,利用差异资源实施探究教学,促进教学目标的达成。With further impel the teacher professionalization development, causes the teacher individual to carry on me specialized development on own initiative of teaching behavior, the teacher grows must be paid attention .This article focuses to teaching practice of education situation, discusses the teacher professionalization development from probe into teaching＇s angle.
