摘  要:本文分析了苏东坡“乌台诗案”受挫被贬后重拾尊严、重建自信,最终成为一代文学大师的心理恢复过程。回顾苏东坡的这段经历及自我调节心态的方法:压抑、转移、回避、咨询、冥想、倾诉等,对现代人面对瞬息万变的世界,特别是生活上出现的突然变动时引发的心理问题也具有启示意义。This article analyzed the self-adjustment process of psychological of Su Dongpo who succeeded to get dignity and self-confidence and become a litterateur after frustration caused by ' Wu Tai Poem' event. The author introduced and analyzed several self-adjustment methods used by Su Dongpo such as inhibition, transfer, return to the natural, consultation, meditation and confide. Reviewing Su Dongpo' s experience will give inspiration to the people nowadays who suffer from psychological problem cause by always facing a changing world, especially sudden change of their life.
