摘　　要：针对跨校区实验教学工作面临的形势，在改革实验室管理体制、加强实验系列人力资源建设、优化实验教学体系以及充分发挥实验教学示范中心的辐射作用等方面作了移!极的实践和探索，并取得了良好的效果。Facing the situation of trans-campus experimental teaching, active practices and discoveries on reformation of laboratory management system, reinforcement of human resources system construction, optimization of experimental teaching system and fully strengthening the radiation of experimental pilot center, were carried out and favorable impact was obtained.
