摘　　要：介绍了一种全新的教学模式——ERP沙盘教学模式,它是一种体验式互动教学模式,具有综合性、实践性、仿真性、直观性、趣味性等特点。重点阐述了ERP的特点、ERP的教学模式及目前ERP沙盘教学存在的弊端,并提出了解决方案。通过ERP沙盘模拟体验式教学,使学生足不出校就了解和掌握企业管理的知识和技能,是一种值得大力推广的新型教学模式。ERP sand table simulation course, as an interactive, experienced and artificial tutoring system, is featured comprehensive, practicable, simulating and interesting. ERP sand table simulation changes the traditional way of cultivating students. It helps the students to get a better understanding of what they learn by means of experiments and exercises This paper makes the introduction on course offered, teaching organization, localization of the course, etc. and put out that it is a brand -new teaching model worth spreading.
