摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制备掺锑二氧化锡粉体(ATO),用x-射线衍射法和扫描电子显微镜对粉体粒度作了表征。系统研究了退火温度、反应体系pH值、掺锑量和煅烧温度等工艺参数对最终粉体粒径的影响规律,并得到了最佳工艺操作参数:反应体系pH值应选1~3较低范围内,锑掺杂剂摩尔分数在5%,热处理温度应控制在550-650℃。用量子尺寸效应和能带理论解释了所得粉体的发色机理。Antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO) ultrafine powders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. Particle sizes of the ATO ultrafine powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) respectively. The effects of annealing temperature, pH value of reaction system, and doping antimony content on particle sizes have been systematically investigated and the optimistic technique parameters have been obtained. The pH of reaction system should he kept in the range of 2-3, doping antimony content was about 5 %, and temperature of heat treatment should he controlled between 550-650 ℃. Quantum size effect and energy band theory were employed to explain the chromogenic mechanism of the as-fabricated ATO ultrafine powders.
