摘　　要：组建教学督导组是新形势下高校加强和完善教学质量监督体系的重要措施,教学督导组的工作是对高校教育教学过程进行自主有效地全方位的监督、检查、指导和评价,确保并不断提高教育教学质量。教学督导组要当好领导参谋,架设领导、教师和学生之间的联系桥梁,做青年教师的良师诤友。The establishment of the teaching inspection section is an important measure in intensifying and perfecting the education quality control in new situations, whose tasks are to conduct an independent and efficient inspection, guidance, and evaluation of the overall educating process so as to ensure an improving education quality. Accordingly, its members should serve as good advisors of the school leaders, and as good teachers and friends of the young while building a bridge among the leaders, teachers and students.
