摘  要:提出了一种基于齿轮加工数控机床的硬件插补结构,可满足齿轮切削加工速度、精度的要求,实现滚齿加工系统各控制坐标轴的联动与插补运算。给出了数控滚齿机联动关系数学模型、各控制坐标轴的插补算法、联动结构设计、典型切削类型以及系统的硬件体系结构。该系统已应用于YKQ3180滚齿机上,可实现圆柱直齿轮、斜齿轮、小锥度齿轮、椭圆齿轮、卵形齿轮的加工,直线坐标轴控制精度1μm,刀轴迴转精度可达3″,加工精度满足设计要求。In order to fit the demands of high speed cutting with CNC gear hobbing machine, a novel hardware-based interpolation method was purposed. It can coordinate multi-axis motion and calculate interpolation results in real time to realize numerical control of gear hobbing machine. The key features of gear hobbing machine were discussed, such as mathematical model of multi-axis coordinate motion, algorithm to resolve interpolation among controlled axis, coordinate motion structures, typical cutting types and system hardware architecture. The system was implemented on machine YKQ3180. It can cut multiple shape irregular gear such as bevel wheel, cone, oval, ovum shaped gear etc. It satisfy machining accuracy demands with 1μm linear coordinate control precision and 3" rotation precision.
