摘 要:在知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争根本上是人才的竞争。招聘作为人力资源获取的第一环节,越来越受到企业的重视。但在信息不对称的条件下,企业的招聘工作是一项难度很大的工作,因为应聘者为求得自身效用的最大化,会选择弄虚作假,从而严重影响着招聘方的甄选。文章就企业招聘中的信息不对称问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策。In the era of knowledge-driven economy,competition among enterprises is fundamentally talents' competition.The recruitment work as the first link of obtaining the human resources,is paid attention to more and more by the enterprise.But under the condition of the information asymmetry,the recruitment work of enterprises is a work with very great difficulty,because the applicant tries to get the maximization of one's own utility,will choose deception,thus influencing selection of recruiting seriously.This text has analyzed the question of information asymmetry in enterprises recruited, and made the corresponding solutions.
