摘　　要：痛风性肾病合并心功能不全是临床常见的表现。恰当的综合治疗对痛风性肾病合并心功能不全的患者能取得好的治疗效果。依据医学院内科教学的计划安排,论述了英语痛风性肾病合并心功能不全视听教材制作方法与应用的经验。实践表明,在医学教育改革中应用痛风性肾病合并心功能不全英语视听教材能提高学生教学质量与英语水平。Objective Gouty nephropathy patients with cardiac insttfficiency is common. Appropriate comprehensive treatment has a good therapeutic effect for patients with gouty nehropathy patients with cardiac insufficiency. Based on format concerning teaching plans for internal medicine（ undergraduate ）at some medical universities of colleges ,this paper discusses the making and appiication of audio- visual teaching material for gouty nephropathy patients with cardiac insufficiency in English. Our making and teaching practice shows that audio - visual teaching material of gouty nephropathy patients with cardiac insuffciency in English could improve teaching quality and English level for undergraduate in medical education reform.
