摘 要:研究了黄连副产物-须根、茎叶及花薹水提物的抗氧化能力。结果表明:黄连须根、茎叶及花薹均表现出了直接清除羟自由基(·OH)、超氧自由基(O2-·)、过氧化氢(H2O2)活性及抗猪油自动氧化的活性。须根、茎叶和花清除羟自由基(·OH)的IC50依次为11.85、7.21和11.22mg/ml;清除超氧自由基(O2-·)的IC50依次为2.42、1.77和2.76mg/ml;清除过氧化氢(H2O2)的IC50依次为0.8、0.76、1.07mg/ml。同时黄连三种副产物的水提物还表现出一定的抗猪自动氧化的活性。Antioxidant Activity of Water Extracts from fiber root, leaf and flower of Coptis plant was studied. The result indicated that the water extracts from all parts of this plant exerted a relative strong antioxidant activity. The IC50 for hydroxyl free radical scavenging of the extracts from fibre, leaf and flower were 11.85, 7.21 and 11.22 mg/ml, respectively. Consequently, IC50 for hydrogen peroxide scavenging of the extracts were 0.8,0.76,and 1.07mg/ml, respectively. The fibre, leaf and flower with IC50 2.42, 1.77 and 2.76mg/ml, respectively, also showed strong ability to eliminate O2-· Antioxidant Activities of the extracts increased when the extract concentration increased.
