摘　　要：在处理医疗纠纷中,病案是有利于医疗机构把握主动权的最重要的书证。但在相当一部分医疗机构中病案管理质量不高是不容忽视的问题,必须提高思想认识,加强教育和培训,健全完善制度措施,下大力抓好落实,促进病案管理质量的提高。The medical records are the most important evidences for the medical units to be advantageous in dealing with the medical disputes. But there is a problem that can not be neglected. In many medical units, the medical records are not under a high quantity management. So, we must deepen the understanding of the importance and meaning, reinforce the education and training, and perfect the system and measures about medical record management. And at last, we must pay more attention on putting all of the above points into effect to promote the quantity of the disease case management.
