摘  要:目的了解旅客列车上发生食物中毒的原因。方法进行中毒人群流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、可疑样品培养及生化试验。结果从食物、病人呕吐物及肛拭子中分离出9株金黄色葡萄球菌。结论金黄色葡萄球菌常引起食物中毒,实验室应快速、准确地出具检验报告,为临床诊断、治疗提供科学依据。卫生监督管理部门应加大宣传监管力度,以防食物中毒再次发生。Objective To find out the cause of food poisoning on a passenger train. Methods Epidemiological investigation in the poisoning population and field hygienic survery were conducted. The suspicious food was cultured and laboratory identification tests were done. Result Nine strains Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from foods and patients' vomit. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus often results in food- poisoning. Laboratory identification tests should report quickly and exactly to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Propaganda and inspection should be strengthened to keep food- poisoning away.
